Our Composite Pier system offers a cost effective proprietary system of patented technology and methods for the support and stabilization of foundations. The system gives a wide range of support by forming a grouted column around the pier into the displaced soils. The injected compaction grout increases the density of the surrounding loose soils and forms a bond to the steel shaft which helps prevent structural settlement in varied soil strata.
Depending on your requirements and soil conditions a single helical section can be manufactured to include mounting plates on the top, allowing a structure to be directly bolted to the helical anchor. Another option is to manufacture a lead helical section with a coupler on top. Helical extensions are manufactured to couple with the lead helical and each other. This allows for a continuous pier achieving great depths through loose soils.
