I had the opportunity and necessity of organizing Foundation Systems & Anchors, Inc. (“FSA”) in 1991 as “The Phoenix” rising from the ashes of a predecessor company. I am a staunch Buckeye having graduated from The Ohio State University with undergraduate and Doctoral degrees. I was in the private practice of Dentistry for many years, but always venturing into diversified fields. My parents have told me that I have been an Entrepreneur since I was two, like my paternal Grandfather in Italy, and I have managed to maintain that reputation to this day. I have had the good fortune to be involved either as a founder and/or owner in many ventures, spanning the spectrum from Health Care, Mining, Oil & Gas, Leasing, Real Estate, Chemical Industries, and Steel Fabrication and Manufacturing, the latter of which has been my passion for the past 26 years. FSA continues to grow and expand due to the efforts of an excellent staff with tenure of up to 23+ years. I have 8 children in various stages of life and I feel fortunate that currently three of my children and a son in law work in the business. Since I consider our staff to be part of the family also, we maintain a family atmosphere and business model that we have utilized since 1991.
